Do you have a business idea and don’t know where to start? Are you overwhelmed with putting your business idea into some sort of context ?
If you have answered yes to these questions, then this practical and hands-on 2-hour fun workshop is for you. We will show you how to apply practical tools to bring your small business idea to life and understand how to build a business model that is like a roadmap for your venture.
We will show you the building blocks you need to think about when turning your idea into a business. This includes forming your vision, purpose, value proposition, and business model design.
This is not a structured way of writing a whole business plan but more about conceptualising your small business idea onto paper. The simple tools we introduce you to will help you to look at your idea realistically and teach you how to develop a concept based on your idea that you could take to the market and test.
This workshop is presented by Business South, under the “Entrepreneurship Facilitator Program” which is an Australian Government funded initiative. This program is focusing on assisting mature age Australians, but it is open to anyone by providing them with free assistance to consider, plan and start their own business.
