As a fully qualified nutritionist, Sophie was looking for help in getting her start up nutrition business idea off the ground. The Entrepreneurship Facilitator program, delivered through Business South in Hobart, was recommended to her by a recruitment agency.
Business South Entrepreneurship Facilitator, Daniela Schurink-Moeller, assisted Sophie in starting her nutrition business, Sophie Hanley Nutrition, as part of a physiotherapy clinic that focuses on women’s health.
Daniela assisted Sophie with:
- ideas for marketing and promoting her services,
- tapping into other target markets, and
- discussing her website.
Daniela also referred Sophie to other programs that provided access to:
- free digital coaching,
- one-on-one bookkeeping training.
With the support and guidance of Daniela, Sophie’s start up nutrition business is underway. She now feels confident in how owning a small business is steadily growing into a rewarding career.
Sophie says, “I provide individualized nutritional medicine, education and lab testing along with lifestyle practices to help women heal themselves. Together we formulate a plan to see you eating better for your body and optimal digestion.”
Well done Sophie!
